Traditionally, raisins are added to the curd casserole, but with dried apricots it turns out no less tasty.

- - 3 chicken eggs;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of semolina;

- - 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar;
- - butter for greasing the mold;
- - egg yolk for greasing the casserole.

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, you can mash it with a mashed potato crush. Add sour cream and stir. Add granulated sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir again.

Quench the soda with table vinegar, add to the curd mass. Beat in the chicken eggs and mix again. Add semolina.

Rinse dried apricots thoroughly in running water, discard them in a colander and let them dry. If the dried apricots are tough, put them in a ceramic bowl and pour boiling water over them for a while. Cut dried apricots into small pieces and combine with curd mass.

Brush the ovenproof dish with a little butter and sprinkle with semolina on top so that the casserole does not burn. Shake the egg yolk in a bowl and brush over the top with a cooking brush.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, place the casserole dish there and cook for about 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Make sure that the casserole does not burn. Remove the mold from the oven, let it cool slightly and grab. Serve warm with sour cream or condensed milk.
