Ingredients for making Easter cottage cheese:

- 750-800 grams of fresh homemade cottage cheese;

- 220 grams of sugar;

- 3 eggs;

- a bag of vanillin (1 g);

- 100-120 grams of homemade sour cream;

- 150-180 grams of raisins;

- 70-80 gr oil drain;

- 10-12 pieces of dried apricots (can be replaced with prunes).

Cooking Easter with raisins and dried apricots

1. Grind cottage cheese in a blender, or rub through a metal sieve.

2. Add vanillin and sour cream, mix.

3. Grind soft butter with yolks from three eggs and add to the curd mass.

4. Wash dried apricots and raisins and pour boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Then drain the water and dry the dried fruits.

5. Whisk the whites from three eggs thoroughly with sugar and mix with the curd mass.

6. Then add raisins with dried apricots there (dried apricots can be cut).

7. Put cheesecloth in the paste box (you can use other dishes).

8. Put the well-mixed curd mass on cheesecloth, smooth and cover with the ends of the cheesecloth. A load must be placed on top of the mass.

9. Place the pasochny in a plate with a larger diameter and put it in the refrigerator for a day.

10. If necessary, pour out the whey, which will drain into the plate under the pressure of the load.
