Cooking curd casserole, it seems, what could be easier? But for a long time I could not find a suitable recipe, it turned out either dry or too wet. Once, having talked with a friend, she told me the recipe, which, in turn, learned from the cook in the sanatorium.
It is necessary
- - cottage cheese - 500 g;
- - semolina - 100 g;
- - sugar - 100 g;
- - vanillin - 0.5 tsp;
- - chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
- - dried apricots - 50 g;
- - butter - 20 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Before you start cooking, you need to moisten the semolina with water. Do not pour so that it floats, namely, wet it. Also pour boiling water over dried apricots. We turn on the oven and heat up to 180 degrees.
Step 2
Knead the curd with a fork or rub through a sieve. To whom it is more convenient, the main thing is to get rid of the lumps.
Step 3
Add 1 egg, sugar and vanillin to the curd. Mix well.
Step 4
Then add the semolina and mix again. You can also mix it with your hands, so you will feel better if a lump suddenly slipped somewhere.
Step 5
Our dried apricots have already become quite soft. We take them out of the water and cut them into small cubes. Add to the curd. Mix well.
Step 6
Lubricate the form in which we will bake the casserole with butter. It is convenient to do this with a brush. And, preferably, take the oil out of the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft.
Step 7
We spread the cottage cheese into a mold. Now take the second egg and separate the yolk from the white. Beat the yolk and grease the casserole. We send it to the oven for 40-50 minutes until a golden crust forms.
