Easy to prepare for lunch or dinner in just 30 minutes! It perfectly combines spaghetti and shrimps fried in aromatic oil, and a classic sauce made only from natural products gives a special taste.
It is necessary

- - 100 g of spaghetti;
- - 8-10 fresh frozen headless tiger prawns (26/30);
- - 1 tsp lemon juice;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - a sprig of thyme;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 100 g of vegetable oil for the sauce (olive or refined sunflower);
- - ½ tsp mustard (better soft - "Bavarian" or "French");
- - 2 large ground tomatoes;
- - 1 medium pickled cucumber;
- - oil for frying (unrefined sunflower or olive oil);
- - salt (to taste);
- - sugar (to taste);
- - black and / or allspice pepper (to taste);
- - green onions (to taste);
- - a sprig of dill.
Instructions
Step 1
Transfer the shrimps to a plate and let them defrost.
Step 2
Remove the shell and legs from the shrimp. Use the tip of a well-sharpened knife to make a small incision along the entire backrest, about 2 mm deep. Remove the colon (looks like a black streak, but not always completely visible). Rinse, place on a plate. Season with salt, cover and refrigerate.
Step 3
Rinse the eggs well, break and separate the yolks from the whites. Add 50 g butter (3 tablespoons), mustard to the yolks and beat at low speed. Gradually add the remaining oil, lemon juice and increase the speed at the same time. After 5 minutes add salt and sugar (taste periodically), beat for 1 minute more.
Step 4
Wash green onions and dill, drain and chop very finely. Grate the pickled cucumber on the finest grater. Wash the tomatoes, drain, cut in half. Rub each half with the same grater so that the skin remains in your hand. Pour 1 tbsp into a small saucepan (stewpan, ladle). water, pour in the resulting tomato puree and simmer for 3-4 minutes over low heat. Add the mayonnaise from step 3, pickles, peppers, and herbs. Stir well and heat for a few minutes. Remove from heat and let it brew.
Step 5
Put the spaghetti to cook; choose the cooking time in accordance with the instructions on the package.
Step 6
Peel the garlic. Cut the wedges in half, crush with a knife, but do not chop. Heat the vegetable oil a little in a pan, add the thyme and garlic. Heat over low heat for about 3-5 minutes to allow the aromas of the spices to pass into the oil.
Step 7
Remove garlic and thyme, turn up heat. Place the shrimps and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Do not cover with a lid!
Step 8
When the spaghetti is ready, drain the water, place in a plate and make a small "turret" out of them. Place the shrimp next to it. Pour over the sauce, garnish with a sprig of any herbs and serve.
