- - 3 slices of white bread,
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of honey
- - 1, 5 teaspoons of lemon juice,
- - 2 cloves of garlic,
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil
- - 1-2 tomatoes,
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise or seafood sauce,
- - salt to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the garlic cloves.
Step 2
In a cup, combine a tablespoon of olive oil with minced garlic cloves. Leave for an hour, then strain.
Step 3
Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
Step 4
Combine the king prawns with lemon juice, honey, leftover olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Leave the shrimp marinated for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Cut the white bread into cubes, fry in hot garlic oil until golden brown. Transfer the toasted bread to a baking sheet and dry in the oven for ten minutes at 160 degrees. If you don't want to mess with croutons, then buy them at the store.
Step 6
Saute the king prawns for three minutes, transfer to a plate.
Step 7
Finely grate the cheese.
Step 8
Toss garlic croutons with mayonnaise or seafood sauce.
Step 9
Place lettuce leaves on a platter. Put croutons on the salad, then chopped tomatoes at random and sprinkle with grated cheese (do not spare cheese), garnish with shrimps. Add a few sprigs of fresh herbs if desired.
