- Light beer - 0.5 l,
- Dry inflorescences and dill seeds

Instructions
Step 1
Pour the frozen shrimp into a bowl, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of salt, stir and cover with beer. Leave to thaw and soak for a couple of hours.
Step 2
Drain the beer into a saucepan, add 0.5 liters of water and place on the stove. When it starts to boil, add 1 tablespoon of salt, dry dill, spices, bay leaf. Cut 3-4 circles from lemon and, unpeeled, throw into a saucepan. Throw in the shrimp.
Step 3
When the water comes to a boil after the shrimp has been placed, time it and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then close the lid tightly and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
