This omelet will perfectly diversify your usual menu, it is good both in winter and in summer. The Denver Omelet is a delicious omelet with cheese, onions, ham and bell peppers.
For 4 servings you will need:
- onion - 1 pc.
- green bell pepper - 1 pc.
- red bell pepper - 1 pc.
- ham - 200 g
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- eggs - 8 pcs.
- milk - 1/2 cup
- 200 g hard cheese
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
