This fish, baked with nuts under an omelet, can be considered both tasty, light and satisfying food. The meat of the dish is not dry, but rather tender. The omelet is soaked from below with fish juices, it becomes dense. Nuts give originality to the baked fish.
It is necessary

- - pepper;
- - salt - 2/3 tsp;
- - lemon juice - 3 tsp;
- - walnuts - 1/4 cup;
- - eggs - 6 pcs;
- - fish fillet - 500 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Sprinkle the fish with the juice from half a lemon. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Marinate for ten minutes.
Step 2
Take a form with high sides, grease its bottom with oil. Put the fish in there and place in the hot oven. Bake for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Whisk pepper, salt and eggs well. Add the walnuts, finely ground to size. You can add finely chopped herbs if desired.
Step 4
Pour the egg mass over the fish. Place the baking sheet in the oven for another 15 minutes. Watch the surface of the omelet, it should turn brightly ruddy.
Step 5
If the omelet begins to rise in a slide, pierce it with a fork so that it falls off. Serve hot cooked fish under an omelette with nuts along with cold milk or kefir.
