It is easy to cook oriental chicken - you just need to prepare the necessary products in advance and follow the recipe. As a result, you will get a hearty, original and very appetizing dish, your household will definitely require supplements!
You will need:
1.chicken fillet - 500 grams;
2. garlic - 4 cloves;
3.yogurt - 4 spoons;
4. whole lemon;
5. green onion, butter, caraway seeds, fresh parsley, salt, red pepper, coriander - for everybody.
Let's get started. Cut the chicken into small pieces, sprinkle lightly with lemon juice from half of the fruit, leave to soak for about half an hour.
Combine garlic (chop it), cumin, yogurt, pepper, coriander, salt, chopped green onions in one bowl. Mix everything well, add to the meat, put in the refrigerator for three hours.
Put the spiced chicken on a baking sheet (coat it with oil), pour over the resulting marinade, remove to bake in the oven - twenty minutes is enough. Garnish with lemon slices and chopped fresh parsley. The oriental chicken is ready - try it!
