Many people like sprats. Sprats are especially good when guests suddenly come and you need to quickly set the table. Small sandwiches with sprats will always come in handy. It is not at all difficult to prepare this delicious fish dish at home, and the taste of this home-made dish will be the same as that of the fish that is sold in stores. And most importantly, to prepare this dish, you will need the most ordinary and uncomplicated products.
- fresh sprat - about, 5 kg
- vegetable oil - 100 g
- black tea in bags - 3 pcs.
- bouillon cube (any will do) - 1 pc.
Preparation:
The heads and abdomens must be removed from fresh sprat. Brew all three black tea bags with a glass of boiling water and leave to infuse for about 15 minutes. Spread the prepared fish in an even layer in a frying pan and pour over the infused tea leaves. Crumble a cube of broth on top and add about 100 g of oil to the fish. Put the pan on the stove and simmer the fish over very low heat until all the liquid has evaporated from the pan. When only sprat and oil remain in the pan, the dish is ready. Cool homemade sprats and serve.
