Oven baked sprat sandwiches

Ingredients:

- 7-8 pieces of loaf / baguette;

- 1 can of sprat;

- 100-120 g of hard cheese.

Preparation:

1. Cut the loaf or baguette into neat slices about 10-11 mm thick.

2. Put pieces of loaf on a baking sheet. Place several sprats on each slice.

3. Finely grate the cheese and sprinkle the sandwiches on top.

4. Place the baking sheet with sandwiches in the oven for about 20 minutes. The temperature should be around 180 degrees.

5. Sprinkle baked sandwiches with fresh chopped herbs.

Sandwiches with carrots and sprats

Ingredients:

- loaf;

- 2-3 boiled carrots;

- 1-2 small cloves of garlic;

- sprats;

- 1 cheese (processed);

- mayonnaise;

- green onions.

Preparation:

1. Peel and grate the boiled carrots on the finest grater.

2. Add grated processed cheese to the carrots and squeeze out the garlic.

3. Chop green onions very finely and mix with cheese and carrots.

4. Add mayonnaise and salt to taste, mix.

5. Cut the loaf into portioned slices and grease each piece with a layer of carrot-cheese mixture.

6. Put a couple of sprats on top of the sandwiches. You can also complement these sandwiches with slices of pickled cucumbers.

Sandwiches with sprats "Assorted"

Ingredients:

- 10-12 toasts (you can lightly fry the loaf pieces);

- 1 package of sprat;

- 1 pickled cucumber;

- 1 fresh cucumber;

- 2-5 cherry tomatoes (regular ones can be used);

- mayonnaise;

- 100 g of cheese;

- garlic.

Preparation:

1. Remove the sprats from the jar, put in a plate and knead with a spoon or fork.

2. Rub the cheese to the sprats, squeeze a clove of garlic through a press, add mayonnaise and mix.

3. Cut fresh and pickled cucumbers into thin slices. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half; ordinary tomatoes should be cut into circles.

4. Spread on toasts or pieces of fried loaf with a mixture of sprat and cheese.

5. Put pickled cucumbers on top of one third of the slices, fresh cucumbers on the second, and put tomatoes on the remaining slices. Sprinkle greens on the sandwiches if desired.
