This variation on the preparation of pork ribs is very simple and savory at the same time. All you need for this dish: pork ribs - 1 kilogram, honey - 30 grams, butter - 30 grams, sour apples - 3 pieces, a little salt, spices to taste.
To begin with, heat the butter and honey in a frying pan or in a saucepan, bring this mixture to a boil. Leave to cool.
Wash the apples, peel and cut into large slices.
Rinse the ribs, pat dry and rub with any spices you like and also salt.

First, crush dry chili with a mortar, add paprika, a little salt and pepper to it. Then chop the garlic, chili peppers, grate the orange zest. Add all this to dry chili and paprika, mix well and knead again with a mortar. Squeeze out the juice of 1 lemon and add olive oil. Stir until you get a paste consistency. Grate the ribs with the resulting paste, and let them marinate for an hour or two.
Marinated ribs must be baked in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about an hour. After this time, remove the ribs, pour them over with the juice of the remaining lemon and orange juice, brush with a little honey and send them back to the oven for another 20 minutes, after which the dish will be ready.
