Instructions
Step 1
To make a dough for tartlets, you need to mix all the necessary ingredients. Butter or margarine must be warmed up in advance. Next, knead the dough, roll it into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out the cooled dough and cut 0.5 cm thick circles from it. Mugs can be cut with a glass. The diameter of the circles should be 2 centimeters larger than the baking tins.
Step 3
We put the dough in molds, if the edges hang down a little, then bend them inward.
Step 4
In each mold, on top of the dough, you must put foil. On top, you need to pour a load (beans, peas, rice or other), so that the dough does not rise.
Step 5
We bake the dough in the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Next, remove the foil and bake until golden brown.
Step 6
When the tartlets have cooled down, you can fill them with the filling.
