Hearty tartlets

  • 250 g chicken fillet
  • 80 g mushrooms
  • one onion
  • 100 g hard cheese
  • mayonnaise (you can use sour cream or cream)
  • two cloves of garlic
  • greens to taste
  • ground black pepper
  • salt

Preparation:

Fry finely chopped chicken fillet with salt and black pepper. Finely chop the mushrooms and cut the onions into small cubes. Fry the onion until golden brown in a pan, add mushrooms to it and fry everything together. Mix mushrooms, onions and chicken in a bowl, cool, squeeze garlic into the mixture, add mayonnaise and mix everything. Put the filling in the tartlets.

Grate the cheese in a separate container on a fine grater, sprinkle the tartlets on top. Put them on a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and leave until the cheese is melted.

Place the tartlets on a dish or tray and decorate to your liking. They can be served on the table both warm and already cooled.

Tartlets "sea"

Ingredients:

  • 200 g red fish
  • one egg
  • one fresh cucumber
  • 100 g processed cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • greens to taste

Preparation:

Chill the processed cheese in the freezer and grate on a fine grater. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool them and chop them as well. Cut the fish (for example, lightly salted salmon) and cucumber into small pieces. Combine the ingredients in one container, add sour cream and mix everything well. Put the filling in the tartlets, decorating them as you wish.

By the way, in this recipe, some products can be easily replaced. For example, expensive fish - with crab sticks, and processed cheese - with cottage cheese.

Finely chop pineapples and discard in a colander, allowing excess liquid to drain. Finely chop the crab sticks, grate the cheese on a fine grater. Mix ingredients with crushed garlic and mayonnaise. Put the filling in the tartlets, garnish with green salad and sesame seeds on top.
