It is necessary

    • salmon or any red fish - 200 g;
    • avocado - 0.5 pcs;
    • parsley and dill - 2 sprigs each;
    • salt
    • sugar - 1 tsp each;
    • aromatic sunflower oil - 1 tbsp;
    • seasoning for fish - 1 tsp
    • For the second recipe (for 10 tartlets):
    • cheese (Russian or any similar) 200 g;
    • garlic - 1 clove;
    • chicken egg - 2 pcs;
    • mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons;
    • parsley and dill - 2 sprigs each;
    • tomato - 1 pc;
    • large shrimps - 10 pcs;
    • salt to taste.
    • For the third recipe (for 10 tartlets):
    • Curd cheese with herbs - 1 pack;
    • red caviar - 60 eggs;
    • seasoning for shrimp - 1 tsp;
    • parsley greens - a few twigs.

Instructions

Step 1

Recipe 1.

Cut the fish into two equal pieces. Cut one part into strips. The second is in small pieces.

Combine salt and sugar in a saucer.

Sprinkle the fish, cut into strips, with a mixture of sugar and salt, add half the oil and stir. Sprinkle with fish seasoning and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Do the same with the fish, cut into pieces, only in a separate plate.

Place the curd cheese in a deep bowl.
