The Blue Cabbage salad is not difficult to prepare, despite the large number of ingredients. The salad has excellent taste and will be appropriate on any festive table.
It is necessary
- For the salad you will need:
- - 1 medium head of blue cabbage;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 2 green apples, 1 large can be (sweet, sour can be, the taste of the salad also depends on the taste of apples);
- - about 2 tablespoons sesame;
- - non-candied honey - 2 tablespoons;
- - apple cider vinegar - a little more than 2 tablespoons;
- - 150 ml low-fat sour cream;
- - a whisper of fine sea salt;
- - finely ground black pepper;
- - medium-sized lemon juice;
- - parsley (optional);
- - chopped smoked meat (optional).
Instructions
Step 1
Shred cabbage, salt it in layers, you can mash it a little. We remove the bowl of cabbage. Peel and rub the carrot on a medium grater, add it to the cabbage.
Step 2
We take apples, cut into small strips, the skin can be left. Sprinkle them with pre-prepared lemon juice, remove for a while.
Step 3
Fry the cooked sesame seeds.
Step 4
We prepare the sauce itself, while mixing sour cream, vinegar with honey, pepper (do not overdo it!), Thoroughly mixing everything until smooth.
Step 5
We combine all the ingredients, put them in the refrigerator.
