The recipe for "Mimosa" salad is known, used by many. It's easy to make with the ingredients available. Such a salad can be served both to guests on a holiday and to loved ones on any day.
It is necessary
- - canned cod liver in oil - 1 can
- - eggs - 4 pieces
- - potatoes - 2 pieces
- - carrots - 1 piece
- - onions - 2 pieces
- - mayonnaise - 300 g
- - dill
- - lettuce leaves - 5 pieces
- - salt
Instructions
Step 1
Boil washed, unpeeled potatoes, carrots. Cool vegetables. Peel them, grate on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion. If you then pour it with hot water for 5 minutes, and then drain it, the bitterness will go away. Do this if desired.
Step 3
Hard boil the eggs. Cover them with cold water to cool. After peeling the eggs, grate the whites and yolks separately on a fine grater.
Step 4
Gently drain the cod liver oil. Grind it up. You can do this directly in the bank using a fork.
Step 5
Wash the lettuce leaves. Place them on a platter. Lay out the salad in layers: grated potatoes - salt, liver, mayonnaise, carrots, proteins - salt a little, mayonnaise, onion, yolks. Place small sprigs of dill on top.
