It is necessary

  • - 1 can of canned cod liver;
  • - 2 fresh cucumbers;
  • - 2 large boiled potatoes;
  • - 10 feathers of green onions;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - 3 boiled eggs;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Take fresh cucumbers, wash them, cut into small cubes, about 50 millimeters each.

Step 2

Wash and chop the green onion feathers.

Step 3

Peel and grate the potatoes boiled in their skins.

Step 4

Hard-boiled eggs, also grate.

Step 5

Open a can of canned food, mash the cod liver with a fork or spoon along with the oil. If there is too much of it, then drain a little.

Step 6

Combine all ingredients in one container and mix well.

Step 7

Add salt to taste to the salad, peel and squeeze the garlic.

Step 8

The dressing for this salad is canned oil. It is considered a valuable cod fish oil.

Serve the dish chilled to the table. Very tasty to eat with toasted bread or croutons. But you can also put cod liver salad on the holiday table.
