- 1 can of cod liver (250 g);
- 300 g fresh tomatoes;
- 300 g fresh cucumbers;
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil;
- dill and parsley;

- 1 can of cod liver (250 g);
- 1 can of green peas (150 g);
- 200 g potatoes;
- 100 g onions;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil;
- 1 lemon;
- salt
- pepper to taste.
- For recipe # 3:
- 1 can of cod liver (250 g);
- 3 eggs;
- 300 g fresh cucumbers;
- 100 g apples (sweet and sour);
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- green onions;
- dill greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Recipe number 1. Wash vegetables and herbs thoroughly under running water. Spread lettuce leaves, dill and parsley herbs on a cotton towel to dry. Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into small slices. Open the cod liver and drain the oil. Then, just like vegetables, cut into thin slices. Chop the dill and parsley finely. Take a deep bowl and mix vegetables, liver and most of the greens in it. Season with sunflower oil, salt and mix thoroughly. Arrange the green lettuce leaves beautifully on a large platter and top them with the cooked vegetable and cod salad. Garnish with the remaining herbs and serve.

Recipe number 2. Peel and wash vegetables under running water. Cook the potatoes until tender, cool to room temperature and cut into small cubes. Chop the onion finely. Remove the cod liver from the jar and cut into cubes. Hard-boiled eggs and cool. Then peel and separate the whites from the yolks. Place the chopped vegetables and liver in a prepared salad bowl, crush the yolks. Add green peas and stir. Drizzle with vegetable oil, season with salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Finely chop the squirrels and sprinkle the prepared salad with them on top, garnish with lemon wedges.

Recipe number 3. Hard boil the eggs and refrigerate. Open a jar of cod liver oil and drain some of the oil from it, but do not empty it. Transfer the liver to a plate and mash well with a fork. Wash the apple, remove the core and cut off the skin with a thin layer. Cut it into small cubes. Peel the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Grate the yolks with the cheese on a fine grater, and chop the whites. Wash the cucumbers under running water and cut them into small cubes. Chop the onions and herbs separately. In a deep bowl, combine the cod liver, cheese, yolks and stir until smooth. Add egg whites, apple, cucumber, onion and stir. Try the resulting salad. If it tastes dry to you, add the oil previously drained from the cod liver to it, mix. Transfer everything to a salad bowl and decorate with herbs on top, serve.
