Cod liver snack balls are an easy-to-prepare dish that is perfect for a festive table. The appetizer looks neat and attractive, but the taste is delicate and unusual.

- - potatoes 2-3 pcs;
- - onion - 2-3 pcs;
- - hard cheese - 50 g;
- - soy sauce - 2 tablespoons;
- - eggs - 2 pcs;
- - sesame seeds 3 tablespoons with a slide;
- - parsley.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the potato tubers, boil with the peel in salted water, remove from the dishes and leave to cool. Peel the cooled potatoes. Hard-boiled eggs. To speed up the cooling, fill it with cold water and peel it. Rub the ingredients on a medium grater into a common bowl.
Step 2
Peel the onions and chop very finely, pour into a bowl with potatoes and eggs. Three hard cheese on a medium grater, also pour into a bowl.
Step 3
Rinse the parsley and shake it several times to remove water droplets. Divide the bunch into three parts, two of which are finely chopped and poured into a bowl, and the third is left for decoration.
Step 4
Put the cod liver from the jar into a deep plate and knead with a fork along with the oil. We spread the cod mass in a bowl with the rest of the products, pour in the soy sauce, mix for uniformity. From the resulting mass, we form small balls.
Step 5
Heat a dry frying pan over moderate heat, pour sesame seeds into it and fry for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour the grains onto a plate or a blank sheet of paper. We take the balls and dip them in sesame seeds on all sides, put the appetizer on a flat dish and decorate with parsley.
