Step 1

In a separate bowl, mix beer with eggs, add dough to them, mix the resulting dough thoroughly. Let it come up for 30-45 minutes. In general, the volume of the test should increase by 2, 5-3 times.
Step 3
Before baking the first portion of the dough, brush the waffle iron with butter and let it heat well. Pour half a cup of dough into the center of the waffle iron, cover it and bake the waffle until tender. This can take 3-5 minutes, depending on the waffle iron.
Step 4
Using a large fork, transfer the finished waffle to a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar, serve.
