Pork baked in one piece is suitable for a festive table as well as for an everyday one. It can be served hot, as a main course and as a cold appetizer - cold cuts. Due to the special nutritional qualities, pork is cooked for a short time, but it turns out to be tender and juicy.

Step 1
Pork with dried fruits
Rinse the meat thoroughly, remove the tendons, if any, and pat dry with a paper towel. Wash and dry pitted prunes and dried apples too. Make longitudinal cuts in a piece of pork with a sharp thin knife and stuff the meat with prunes mixed with apples. Then salt and pepper the pork. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, pour 3-4 tablespoons of water onto a baking sheet, put a piece of meat and bake in the oven for an hour and a half. Do not forget to water the meat with the juice formed during baking every ten to fifteen minutes. Determine the readiness of the pork by piercing the meat with a knife or fork, if red juice is released - the meat is not ready yet, and if light - you can turn off the oven and serve the pork to the table.
Step 2
Pork "Accordion"
Cut the cheese and pre-washed tomatoes into thin slices. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Wash the meat under running water, dry it and make deep cuts every one and a half to two centimeters. It is important not to cut through the pork to the end, but to cut it to make a kind of pockets. Rub the meat with a mixture of salt and pepper, and put slices of cheese, tomato and garlic in each cut. Wrap a piece of pork in foil and bake for an hour in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Step 3
Pork "Burnt by the Sun"
For this dish, choose pork with a thin layer of fat. Wash the meat and pat dry with a towel. Peel the potatoes, carrots and zucchini and cut into large pieces with the bell pepper. Place vegetables in a roasting sleeve, sprinkle with salt and spices. Cut a piece of pork crosswise, pepper, salt and put in a sleeve over the vegetables. Pull the ends of the sleeve with clips, transfer it to a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about an hour and a half until the meat is tender. Then cut the sleeve and leave in the oven for another fifteen minutes to brown.
