    • 2 onions;
    • 5 potatoes or apples;
    • salt to taste;

    • greens to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

To cook pork baked with garlic and ginger, take a piece of washed meat and make cuts across its entire surface with a knife. Peel and wash the garlic, cut the cloves into chunks and place a chunk of garlic in each cut. Then rub the meat with pepper and salt to taste. Pour olive oil into a baking dish, put it on high heat and put the prepared pork there. Cook the meat on all sides for about 10 minutes, until golden brown and remove from the mold. At this time, wash, peel and finely chop the ginger into slices. Peel the onion, wash and coarsely chop the feathers.
