    • 6 medium onions;
    • 125 ml cider;

    • Pork in mustard:
    • 1.5 kg of pork;
    • 3 tbsp soft mustard;
    • Red pepper
    • a tomato

    • a few cloves of garlic;

Step 1

Pork with prunes

Rinse a piece of pork under running water, let the water drain. Peel the garlic, divide into wedges. Cut the prunes into medium pieces (if the fruits are small, you can leave them whole). Rub the meat with salt and pepper. Make deep cuts with a thin, sharp knife and insert into them alternately garlic cloves and prune pieces. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, lay out the foil. Place the packed pork in the center and wrap tightly, secure the edges of the foil to avoid losing juice during cooking. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, set the baking sheet for an hour. When the dish is ready, take out the baking sheet and leave the meat in the foil to "rise" for at least half an hour.

Pork with apples

Rinse the meat, dry it, make cuts with a thin knife, rub with salt and pepper. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Pour some vegetable oil into a saucepan and fry the meat on all sides. Put the onion there and place in the preheated oven for half an hour. Meanwhile, wash the apples, dry with a towel and cut into large wedges, remove the core and pits. Take out the saucepan, put in the apple wedges, cover with cider. Place in the oven for another hour and a half. Look every half hour to see if all the cider has evaporated, you can add water. Water the meat with the resulting juice.

Mustard pork

Rinse the meat, dry it. Crush the garlic, mix with salt and pepper. Rub the meat with the resulting mixture, cut it lengthwise so that you can put the vegetable mince. Peel and cut vegetables (pepper and onion - in half rings, tomato - in slices, carrots - in thin semicircles). Pour some vegetable oil into a preheated pan, fry the mixture of vegetables, salt, you can add chopped or dried herbs. Coat the meat inside the cut with mustard, put the vegetable filling, connect the ends of the meat, tie with a thread. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, lay out the meat, cover with foil and bake in the oven at an average temperature for 1, 5 hours, periodically removing the foil and pouring juice over the meat.
