Step 3
We remove the finished dough for half an hour in the freezer and prepare the table for further rolling. For 30 minutes in the freezer, the dough will not have time to freeze to the depth, and this is not necessary. You may need another handful of flour to roll out if the dough sticks a little to the table. After cooling, the dough must be divided into 2 equal parts.
