If you love pizza, but you want to make it in a short time, try baking its counterpart from batter in the oven. It will turn out very quickly and delicious.

  • - Flour - 3 tbsp. l. with a slide;
  • - Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • - Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • - Baking powder dough - 1 tsp;
  • - Semi-smoked sausage - 150 g;
  • - Small bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • - Tomato - 1 pc.;
  • - Red onion - 1 pc.;
  • - Hard cheese - 200 g;
  • - Ground black pepper;
  • - Salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • - Baking dish;
  • - Oil for lubricating the mold.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the red onion and cut into thin half rings. Remove the stalk and seeds from the bell pepper and chop into small pieces. Cut the tomato into rings no more than 2 mm thick, and the sausage into small cubes or strips. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 2

The pizza filling is ready. Now let's prepare the dough. Break the eggs into a small bowl, add salt and beat lightly with a fork. Then add the mayonnaise and stir in the eggs. Finally, add flour and baking powder and knead the batter.

Step 3

Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 200 degrees. While it's warming up, take a baking dish and brush it with any oil. Pour the dough and top with the sausage, red onion, bell pepper and tomato filling. Sprinkle with black pepper and grated cheese on top. After that, send the workpiece to the oven for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Remove the ready-made quick pizza from the oven and leave it on the table for a while so that the cheese grabs a little. After that, it can be cut, divided into portions and served.
