Quite a popular and modern dish of the 20th century is pizza. Despite the fact that Italians confidently claim that they invented this cheese delicacy and only they can cook it correctly, there are no fewer admirers of this dish. Fast, tasty, inexpensive are the main criteria for this dish.
It is necessary
-
- puff pastry packaging (not yeast)
- 0/5 cup flour (for rolling out the dough)
- 100 gr ham
- 150 gr cheese (hard)
- 100 gr champignons
- for the sauce:
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 heads of garlic
- 1 onion
- spices to taste (salt
- pepper
- basil
- turmeric).
Instructions
Step 1
Roll out 2 sheets of puff pastry 1 cm thick. Leave the filling for 5-10 minutes before placing the filling on it.
Step 2
Make the sauce - this is the basis of a good pizza. Peel the tomato and rub it through a colander or sieve. Bring the resulting mass to a boil, stirring constantly. Add finely chopped onion and grated garlic. Season with spices to taste. Drain the juice and leave on low heat for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare the filling. Cut well-washed mushrooms and ham into thin strips. Rub the cheese through a coarse grater.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Step 5
Put the first sheet of puff pastry on a baking sheet, coat well with sauce, stepping back 1-1.5 cm from the edges. Put the filling and sprinkle with cheese. Brush the edges with water and cover with the second half of the dough. Pinch the edges carefully and make a small hole in the middle (for steam to escape). Grease the pizza with butter and place in the oven.
Step 6
The pizza is baked for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. This dish will appeal to both adults and children. Enjoy your tea!
