Buckwheat is rarely used as a filler in minced meat. But in vain, because buckwheat is very nutritious and well absorbed. Formulated with folic acid to strengthen blood vessels.

- 700 g chicken breast fillet
- 200 g buckwheat groats
- 1 large onion
- 20 g salt
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 200 g bread crumbs
- 30 g vegetable oil

Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Pass the poultry and peeled onion through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Boil buckwheat until tender, drain the water.
Step 3
Combine minced chicken, onion, buckwheat, mayonnaise and salt. Mix all ingredients well.
Step 4
Break the eggs into a separate deep bowl, beat a little and add a pinch of salt.
Step 5
Pour bread crumbs onto a flat plate.
Step 6
Shape the minced meat into round patties. Dip them in breadcrumbs, dip in an egg and sprinkle with breadcrumbs again.
Step 7
Preheat a skillet, add oil and sauté the patties over high heat on both sides.
Step 8
Bring to readiness in an oven or oven at 190 degrees. For complete cooking, 10 minutes will be enough.
Step 9
Ready cutlets can be served with chopped parsley and cumin seeds.
