An unusual, but at the same time very easy to prepare and budget dish, which, by the way, is perfect for a lean or vegetarian menu.
It is necessary
- - 200 ml of raw buckwheat;
- - 1 medium-sized carrot;
- - 1 small onion;
- - 2 medium sized eggs;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of wheat flour (with a slide);
- - 1 teaspoon of a mixture of peppers;
- - salt;
- - odorless sunflower oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the buckwheat very well in several waters. In a saucepan, bring 600 ml of filtered water to a boil, add a little salt, add buckwheat and cook until cooked. Then, transfer the cereal to a deep dish.
Step 2
Peel the onions and carrots, chop the onion finely, and grate the carrots on a medium grater or cut into a very small cube. Add vegetables to buckwheat, stir.
Step 3
Beat the chicken eggs with a whisk, add to the mixture of buckwheat and vegetables. Stir in wheat flour and spices. Stir until smooth.
Step 4
Heat some sunflower oil in a skillet. Shape the meatballs with a tablespoon and place in the skillet. Fry first on one side until golden brown, turn over and cook on the other. The fire is moderate.
Step 5
Put the finished buckwheat meatballs on a plate. Serve warm. Pour sour cream over the dish if desired and sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs.
