Vegetarians don't eat meat, but that doesn't mean their food isn't tasty. Buckwheat cutlets taste no worse than meat cutlets, and during the fast they will be very useful.

It is necessary
- - 1 glass of buckwheat,
- - 200 gr of mushrooms,
- - 2 medium sized potatoes,
- - 1 small onion,
- - 2 tbsp. l. flour,
- - garlic and vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Buckwheat is boiled and cooled, then kneaded so that the porridge becomes sticky.
Step 2
Potatoes, onions, garlic are grated on a fine grater or passed through a combine.
Step 3
The mushrooms are washed and finely chopped. Mushrooms should be fresh, no matter what: you can take mushrooms, porcini or oyster mushrooms.
Step 4
All ingredients are combined in a deep container, salted, pepper and mixed. Then add flour and mix again. The mass is homogeneous and dense.
Step 5
To prevent the minced meat from sticking to your hands, you can wet them with water. Make the cutlets medium in size.
Step 6
Fry in oil until golden brown.
