It is necessary

    • 4 large crab claws;
    • half a teaspoon of sea salt;
    • one teaspoon of cornmeal;
    • some ground white pepper;
    • 2.5 cups peanut butter
    • 130 g breadcrumbs;
    • one egg white;
    • 300 g of raw shrimp minced in a meat grinder.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut and remove most of the shell from the claw, leaving the end of the claw intact.

Step 2

Fill a pot with water, add sea salt and wait for the water to boil. Dip the claws into the water, wait for the boil again. Cook the claws in boiling water for about 1 minute. Remove from saucepan and cool under running cold water.

Step 3
