Crab stick cutlets are a real find for modern housewives. This is a very delicate and tasty dish that cooks quickly and is suitable for both everyday cuisine and a festive table.

- - crab sticks - 400 g;
- - hard cheese - 150 g;
- - chicken egg - 2 pcs;
- - wheat flour - 4 tablespoons;
- - sour cream or mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons;
- - salt to taste;
- - ground black pepper to taste;
- - garlic - 2 cloves (dry ground can be used);
- - dill or parsley;
- - vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost the crab sticks, peel them from the film and grate them into a deep container. Grind hard cheese into the same container.

Add mayonnaise or sour cream, two chicken eggs, salt, pepper, finely chopped herbs, garlic and flour to the resulting mass. Mix all this thoroughly until smooth.

Take a deep frying pan, pour more vegetable oil into it and put it on the stove. The oil should warm up well.

Blind crab cutlets with wet hands and fry them on both sides in a hot skillet until tender. If you do not like fried meat, the patties can be baked in the oven.
