    • For cognac impregnation with cherry syrup:
    • 4 tbsp. l. cherry syrup;
    • 200 ml of water;
    • 30 ml of brandy;
    • 2 tbsp Sahara.
    • For chocolate impregnation:
    • 100 g butter;
    • 1 tbsp cocoa powder;
    • 200 ml of condensed milk.
    • For apple impregnation:
    • 6 green apples;
    • 3 tbsp honey;
    • lemon juice.
    • For milk impregnation:
    • ¼ glasses of butter;
    • 1 cup of sugar;
    • 1 glass of milk;
    • liquid fruit syrup.
    • For honey impregnation:
    • 2/3 cup honey
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice.
    • For citrus soak:
    • half a lemon;
    • 2 grapefruits;
    • 3 tbsp. l. sugar (to taste);
    • 300 ml sugar syrup.
    • For caramel impregnation:
    • 100 g sugar;
    • 1 bag of vanilla sugar;
    • 40 g butter;
    • 1/4 tsp salt;
    • 200 g cream 10%.

Instructions

Step 1

Cognac impregnation

Pour drinking water into a saucepan, add brandy, stir, put on fire, add sugar, bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove the pan from heat and cool the soaking.

Step 2

Cognac impregnation with cherry syrup

Pour cognac, syrup, water into a saucepan, heat over a fire, add sugar and stir well, bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, cool, saturate the cakes.

Step 3

Chocolate impregnation

Pour water into a large saucepan, put on fire. Cut butter into chunks, put in a small saucepan, mix cocoa and condensed milk, add to butter. Place the impregnated pot in a water bath, stir, you can use a mixer for this. Cook until a homogeneous mass is formed, making sure that the impregnation does not boil. Remove from heat, apply to the cakes without cooling.

Apple impregnation

Peel the apples, grate on a coarse grater, put in a saucepan with a thick bottom, add honey, lemon juice. Put the saucepan on low heat, simmer, stirring constantly, until the mixture becomes soft.

Step 5

Milk impregnation

Mix butter, sugar and milk in a saucepan, put on fire, bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes, remove from heat. Apply fruit syrup to the cakes, then hot milk soak.

Step 6

Honey impregnation

Pour honey and lemon juice into a heavy-bottomed saucepan, bring to a boil, simmer for 5 minutes, until mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat and cool slightly, pour over cakes with warm impregnation.

Step 7

Citrus impregnation

Squeeze lemon and grapefruit juice, pour into a saucepan, put on fire, add sugar syrup, cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add sugar to taste.

Step 8

Caramel impregnation

Put the sugar in a teflon-lined saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar begins to melt and turns brown. Add butter, pour in cream at room temperature, salt, reduce heat, cook, stirring, until the mixture is smooth (10-15 minutes).
