    • For 10 servings of pancake dough:
    • 250 grams of flour;
    • 2, 5 glasses of milk (or water);
    • 3 eggs;
    • salt;
    • 0.5-1 tablespoon of sugar;
    • butter for frying;
    • 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (optional). For filling:
    • half a kilo of minced meat;
    • medium onion;
    • vegetable oil for frying;
    • meat broth.

Step 1

Prepare the filling for the pancakes. It is very simple to prepare. First, fry finely chopped onions in vegetable oil until translucent. Then add any minced meat - you can take the one that you like more. Fry the minced meat until tender and cool. To make the filling juicier, you can add a little broth during the frying stage.

Step 2

While the filling is cooling, knead the dough. Mix eggs with salt and sugar. You can add a little baking soda to make the pancakes flatter. Then pour in half a liter of milk or water. It is desirable that it is not very cold so that all the ingredients dissolve faster in the dough. After mixing the milk and eggs well, add flour slowly. Knead the dough until the lumps disappear. Then you need to pour in the remaining milk and mix everything well again. You can add a little vegetable oil to the dough, then the pancakes will not stick to the pan. The consistency of the dough should be similar to liquid sour cream.

Bake pancakes. Heat the pan well, and then brush with a piece of butter. Pour some dough into the bottom of the skillet with a scoop and let it flow. When the pancake is fried on one side, flip it over to the other. Put the finished pancakes on a plate.

Stuff the pancakes with the meat filling. Place about one tablespoon of minced meat in the middle of each pancake. And then roll them up in the form of envelopes or a tube.
