The most common cold soup is okroshka. She is hungry especially on hot days. More often they prepare a window on kvass, on kefir. There are recipes using mineral water. You can make this summer whey soup with mustard and ginger.
It is necessary
- - potatoes - 4 pcs.;
- - chicken egg - 5 pcs.:
- - radish - 250 g;
- - fresh cucumber - 250 g;
- - lean pork - 400 g;
- - mustard - 2 tablespoons;
- - ginger powder - 0.5 tsp;
- - greens - a bunch;
- - salt - to taste;
- - milk whey - 2 l.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat and boil until tender, cool. Cook the unpeeled potatoes and eggs in a separate saucepan. Peel the finished eggs, divide into yolks and whites. Cut the egg whites, peeled potatoes and boiled pork into cubes.
Step 2
Rinse radishes and cucumbers under running water, dry slightly, cut into thin slices. Finely chop the clean greens. Collect the prepared food in one large container.
Step 3
Now prepare the dressing. In a deep bowl, grind the boiled yolks, add mustard and ginger to them, mix. Pour a small amount of whey into the composition, mix, try to get a homogeneous mass. Then you can pour in the remaining milk whey.
Step 4
Combine all products in one bowl, mix and cool in the refrigerator. You can serve it with black bread.
