It is necessary

  • - potatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • - chicken egg - 5 pcs.:
  • - radish - 250 g;
  • - fresh cucumber - 250 g;
  • - lean pork - 400 g;
  • - mustard - 2 tablespoons;
  • - ginger powder - 0.5 tsp;
  • - greens - a bunch;
  • - salt - to taste;
  • - milk whey - 2 l.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the meat and boil until tender, cool. Cook the unpeeled potatoes and eggs in a separate saucepan. Peel the finished eggs, divide into yolks and whites. Cut the egg whites, peeled potatoes and boiled pork into cubes.

Step 2

Rinse radishes and cucumbers under running water, dry slightly, cut into thin slices. Finely chop the clean greens. Collect the prepared food in one large container.

Step 3
