Rinse dill, parsley and celery greens thoroughly, blanch for 1 minute. Divide the greens into bunches, place in molds and freeze. Knock out the ready-made cubes with herbs from the molds, put them in packages in the required quantity. This form of freezing will allow you to get the right amount of herbs for cooking.
Remove any yellowed and wilted arrows before freezing the green onions. Just like the rest of the greens, rinse, blanch in water for about 2-3 minutes. After that, chill, fold tightly into molds and freeze.
How to freeze fruit
Fruits and berries must be boiled in syrup with sugar before freezing. Be sure to remove the seeds from the berries. Apples should be frozen only in the form of puree. Blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, currants and gooseberries, before rinsing, peel off petioles and leaves. Separate the finished frozen briquettes with fruits and berries from the molds, place them in plastic bags and put them in the freezer for storage.
It is necessary to store frozen berries, fruits and vegetables in the freezer at temperatures below -18 degrees. After thawing, re-freezing is not recommended. For convenience, you should use portioned containers to get the amount you need.
