This light, colorful and tasty salad can be served as a side dish with any fish or meat dishes. The tender Peking cabbage included in its composition will not only have a beneficial effect on digestion, but also enrich the body with a lot of useful properties.
It is necessary
- - ½ a head of Chinese cabbage;
- - 5 cherry tomatoes;
- - 5 green onion feathers;
- - 5 sprigs of fresh basil;
- - 1/3 bunch of dill;
- - 150 g goat cheese;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 2 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut half a head of Peking cabbage with green leaves lengthwise into two, and then chop each sideways. Transfer to a salad bowl and add the 4-sliced cherry tomatoes to the cabbage.
Step 2
Chop green onions, basil and dill, put in salad. Season with salt to taste and let sit for a few minutes. Then crush the goat cheese into a salad.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine lemon juice and olive oil. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad, stir gently and serve.
Step 4
Use Chinese cabbage salad with tomatoes and cheese as a light side dish with baked fish or sautéed steak. Such a dinner will perfectly satisfy the feeling of hunger and will not leave behind a feeling of heaviness in the stomach.
