Peking cabbage has a very delicate taste and is quite good without any additives, but in this salad its taste is favorably set off by the rest of the ingredients. Try making a simple yet delicious salad with ham, Chinese cabbage, and Korean carrots.
It is necessary
- 1. Boiled ham 300gr;
- 2. Boiled chicken breast 1 pc;
- 3. Peking cabbage 1 small head of cabbage;
- 4. Ready-made carrots in Korean 200gr;
- 5. Egg - 3 pieces;
- 6. Mayonnaise 100gr;
- 7. Milk 100ml;
- 8, Walnuts 50g.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to prepare the chicken breast - boil it until tender in salted water and cool to room temperature.
We wash the Chinese cabbage, chop finely into strips and put in a bowl.
Separate a few top leaves from the head of cabbage and set aside - this will be the base for our salad.
Step 2
Cut the ham into strips, also pour into a bowl.
Separate the chicken breast from the bones, also cut into strips;
Beat eggs into a separate bowl, add 2 tbsp. water or milk and a pinch of flour. Beat the eggs with a whisk or mixer until smooth. Then we divide the resulting homogeneous mass into 2 equal parts, put in the oven, bake. The resulting omelets need to be cooled, then we also cut them into strips.
Step 3
We mix all the components of the salad, add mayonnaise, salt to taste.
Then you need to put the remaining Peking cabbage leaves in a salad bowl and put our salad on them. Sprinkle with grated walnuts on top.
