Use one of the simplest bean recipes if you're short on time. Boil the beans in salted water for 10 minutes, then discard them in a colander. Place the beans in a preheated skillet with melted butter and sauté for 3 minutes. Season the beans with salt and pepper. Then place it on a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Step 2
Fry the beans and eggs. Boil the beans for 10 minutes. While it is cooking, fry the onions and tomatoes in a pan until tender. Transfer the cooked beans to the onions and tomatoes, salt, add tomato paste. Beat eggs and pour into skillet. Fry the beans and eggs, stirring constantly.
