My personal leader in this business is porridge. It is quick and easy to prepare, tasty, satisfying, healthy and inexpensive. It can be completely different every day. Oatmeal, buckwheat, rice, millet, and so on. You can add nuts, fruits, candied fruits, syrups, chocolate and coconut flakes and even colored chocolate dragees there. All babies can be given oatmeal - a very tender porridge is obtained.
Personally, my breakfast is a classic oatmeal with a banana bite, I don't even add salt and sugar there - I don't want to. I don't have time to cook porridge, I make it easier: I pour the cereal into a bowl, pour it with cold milk and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes at full power. There are days when I don't have the opportunity to have lunch and dinner, but breakfast saves me from fatigue, hunger anger and stomach problems.
Step 2
Flakes with milk is also a very healthy, quick and tasty breakfast. But after it I want to eat much faster than after porridge. Not suitable for daily use, but from time to time it is possible.
Step 3
Muesli with milk. Not everyone loves them, but if you try them, then a very decent breakfast option. But then again, only sometimes, for a change.
Step 4
Omelet or scrambled eggs. Oh, children's favorite dish. Here you can experiment as you like. Add tomatoes, sausages, sausage there, sprinkle with grated cheese and so on. By the way, be sure to try the African dish - scrambled eggs with dates. First, the dates are fried, watch carefully, as they burn quickly, then drive in the eggs as usual. This dish energizes for a very long time. Scrambled eggs can also be cooked directly in the microwave.
