Once a week, it is advisable to cleanse the body, this can be easily done with the help of a one-day fasting day. I offer you a sample menu for such a day.

Morning. Immediately after sleep, drink a glass of cool boiled water with the addition of 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed orange or lemon juice.

Breakfast. Prepare breakfast in the evening: pour a glass of buckwheat or oatmeal into a glass dish and pour two glasses of boiling water. Cover the dish with a lid and set aside overnight. This steamed porridge will be your breakfast.

Dinner. Make a salad of raw vegetables (beets, pumpkin, cabbage, carrots) and mushrooms boiled without salt. Boil yourself a small piece of chicken or fish.

Afternoon snack. Grate the apple and carrots on a coarse grater, if desired, add 1 teaspoon of liquid honey.

Dinner. Boil or bake any vegetables other than potatoes without oil. Make yourself a ginger tea (grate the ginger root and add to black or green tea before brewing).

During the day, you can drink only cool boiled water without gas.
