Oh, these children are little gourmands! Is it possible to deny a child sweets when he looks with pleading eyes, like the cat from the cartoon "Shrek"? However, not all sweets bought in the store meet the quality requirements. But the sweets made by the mother's caring hands are both tasty and healthy.
It is necessary
- - dates 12 pcs.
- - 300 g of almonds (walnuts, or hazelnuts)
- - 100 g icing sugar
- - 1 tbsp. l. orange juice
- - orange sugar (or zest)
- - dark chocolate bar
- - 200 g dried pineapple
- - 100 g dried apricots
- - 250 ml of liquid honey of light shades
- - coconut flakes
Instructions
Step 1
Date sweets. Wash the dates and staple them through a neat cut on the bottom. Chop the nuts to a crumb state, mix them with powdered sugar, orange sugar and juice. Stuff the dates with this mixture. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and pour the dates with a piping bag or syringe.
Step 2
The alternative is the opposite. Fill the dates with grated chocolate and crushed shortbread. Dip in honey and roll in nut crumbs or coconut flakes.
Step 3
Fruit balls. Pour hot water over pineapple and dried apricots and leave for a couple of minutes to soften. Chop dried fruits into small pieces or chop in a blender. Pour boiling water over the almonds or hazelnuts, and remove the skin from them if possible. Grind nuts into crumbs, mix with dried fruits and honey. Roll into balls from the resulting mixture (hands must be in gloves) and roll them in chocolate chips, coconut flakes or grated cookies.
Step 4
For beauty, purchase paper baskets and arrange sweets on them. If you want to present sweets as a gift, you can use an old candy box or a piece of foil tied with a beautiful ribbon as packaging.
