The process of making these sweets is simple - chop nuts and dried fruits, mix all the products. Form small balls and place them on a baking sheet (first place baking paper on the baking sheet or lightly grease it with butter). Place the candies on a baking sheet in a preheated oven (up to 190 degrees) and bake until golden brown.

Helpful advice: if you are on a diet, take such healthy sweets to work as a snack, but remember that due to the composition they are high in calories, you should not overeat them. By the way, even if you are not on a diet, sweets like these candies or just dried fruits and nuts are still much healthier than ordinary candies with confectionery icing.
