Helpful advice: if you are on a diet, take such healthy sweets to work as a snack, but remember that due to the composition they are high in calories, you should not overeat them. By the way, even if you are not on a diet, sweets like these candies or just dried fruits and nuts are still much healthier than ordinary candies with confectionery icing.
