Sweets with dried fruits are a tasty and at the same time healthy delicacy that will be enjoyed not only by adults, but also by kids. The dried fruits used contain many vitamins and nutrients that have a beneficial effect on human health. Moreover, it is very easy to prepare such candies.
It is necessary
- - 250 g pitted dates;
- - 250 g pitted prunes;
- - 250 g pitted dried apricots;
- - 800 g milk or dark chocolate;
- - 10 tbsp. tablespoons of chopped nuts.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash dried fruits and steam in boiling water for 15 minutes. After the allotted time, drain the hot water, and chop the dried fruits in a blender or pass through a meat grinder with a fine grid.
Step 2
Roll the resulting mass into balls of the same size. Dip them in chocolate previously melted in a water bath. Then roll some of them in chopped nuts.
Step 3
Gently place the prepared candies on a flat dish and refrigerate for half an hour. Transfer the candies to special molds before serving.
