Bananas are fruits suitable for making cocktails, mousses, jellies, but casseroles are especially tasty from them. Yes, in some cases, baked goods with bananas darken and look not particularly appetizing, but this does not affect the taste of the food. In addition, if you try a little, you can cook a casserole and a pale yellow color, you just have to hold the banana slices in lemon juice for a couple of minutes.

Banana and cottage cheese casserole

The casserole prepared with this recipe is low in calories and easy to digest. And all because no flour, semolina, or sugar are used in the preparation of the product. This dessert can be eaten even by those who limit carbohydrate intake.

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of crumbly cottage cheese;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 bananas;
  • 100 ml of milk;
  • vanillin or cinnamon.

Recipe:

Separate the whites from the yolks. In one bowl, beat the cottage cheese with milk, yolks and vanilla, and in the other - some proteins (for better whipping, you can add a little salt to them, literally at the tip of a knife). Cut the bananas into thin slices.

Gently combine the curd mass with the whipped proteins, stir with a spoon (do not use a mixer, otherwise the proteins will settle and the casserole will not work). Add banana slices to the dough.

Cover the baking dish with parchment (if you are using a silicone mold, skip this step), put the finished dough in it, and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

It is better to serve food on the table warm. The dessert goes well with yogurt, jam, jam and condensed milk, but even without these additives, the dish is incredibly tasty, as it has a delicate mousse-like consistency.

Banana and semolina casserole

If your family has children who don't like cottage cheese, you can go for the trick and regale them with cottage cheese casserole. The lush homemade pastries prepared according to that recipe are very popular with children, and this is all because the cottage cheese is not felt in it, and the aroma of bananas awakens a frantic appetite. By the way, the dish tastes like a classic pudding.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs;
  • 3 tablespoons of semolina;
  • 300 grams of cottage cheese;
  • 3 bananas;
  • 3 tablespoons flour (with a slide);
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar;
  • a teaspoon of baking soda;
  • ½ teaspoon of vanillin and citric acid;
  • icing sugar (for decoration, the amount is optional);
  • vegetable oil (for lubricating the mold).

Recipe:

Place cottage cheese (or regular curd mass), sugar and eggs in a bowl and grind well. You should get a liquidish homogeneous mass. Add all the semolina into the mixture, stir and leave for 30 minutes to swell the semolina.

After the specified time has passed, add flour, citric acid, soda to the present dough, mix everything thoroughly. Cut the bananas into circles or cubes.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Put half of the dough in it, then bananas on the dough. Pour the rest of the dough over the bananas.

Bake the casserole for 30-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Check the top of the casserole for blush five minutes before the end of cooking. If the casserole looks pale, increase the temperature in the kitchen appliance to 220-230 degrees and hold the baking until the end of cooking, that is, the remaining five minutes.

Banana and oatmeal casserole

Many people like to start their day not with a cup of aromatic coffee, but with a plate of plain oatmeal. But after all, from day to day, breakfast is boring only with porridge. What to do in this case? Learn to cook a delicious oatmeal and banana casserole, and occasionally indulge yourself with this dish in the morning.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oatmeal (the most common coarse flakes, instant flakes will not work)
  • 3 sweet bananas (it is better to take overripe ones, since sugar is not added in the recipe);
  • 2 eggs;
  • a glass of milk;
  • a teaspoon of cinnamon and baking powder;
  • a pinch of salt.

Recipe:

In a deep bowl, combine the oatmeal with salt, baking powder, and cinnamon. In another deep cup, mash one banana, add eggs, milk to it and whisk everything. Mix the oatmeal mixture with the banana milk mixture and leave for 20-30 minutes (if this is not done, the casserole will turn out to be harsh).

Cut the remaining two bananas into slices. On the bottom of the mold, place the banana circles in one layer, cover them with the cooked oatmeal dough (use half of the dough), then add another layer of bananas and cover them with the remaining dough. Bake for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.

Tip: When cooked, the casserole does not look very appetizing on top, so it is better to decorate it before serving. For dyeing, you can use both fruits (the same bananas), and just powdered sugar.

Banana casserole in a slow cooker

In a home with children, there is not always time to cook delicious pastries in the oven. However, it only takes a few minutes to cook a homemade casserole in a multicooker, because the main thing is to knead the dough, pour it into the bowl of the appliance and set the desired cooking mode.

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of cottage cheese (the fatter, the tastier the casserole);
  • 2 eggs;
  • two to three tablespoons of sour cream;
  • three tablespoons of semolina;
  • ½ cup sugar;
  • a bag of vanillin;
  • bread crumbs or flour (for sprinkling the multicooker bowl);
  • 3 bananas;
  • 30 grams of butter.

Recipe:

Beat two eggs with semolina, sugar, vanilla and sour cream. Let the mixture brew for 20 minutes (semolina needs to swell). Mix the resulting mixture with cottage cheese grated through a sieve and chopped bananas.

Grease the multicooker bowl with butter, sprinkle with flour or breadcrumbs, then put the dough into it. Close the lid of the kitchen appliance and set the bake setting for 50 minutes.

Remove the casserole from the multicooker bowl 30 minutes after you finish cooking. Serve with sour cream or jam over the pastries.

Sugar-free banana casserole

For a sweet casserole without added sugar, you need to use more bananas. Optimally - one piece per 200 grams of cottage cheese. If you are limiting your carbohydrate intake, then use only one fruit for the same amount of cottage cheese, and add sweetness to the baked goods by adding stevia to it. In general, the casserole according to this recipe turns out to be the most successful if the proportion of cottage cheese and bananas is exactly observed.

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams of cottage cheese;
  • 2 bananas;
  • 2 eggs;
  • a tablespoon of raisins;
  • two tablespoons of flour.

Recipe:

Beat bananas in a blender, add eggs, cottage cheese and beat everything thoroughly again. Add flour, stir. Add some stevia (if you prefer sweet pastries). Add raisins previously soaked in boiling water to the dough.

Grease the mold with oil and cover with oiled paper or a silicone baking mat, pour the curd-banana mass into it and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. The casserole can be served warm or chilled. In the first case, it is better to season the baked goods with sour cream, and in the second - with jam, cooked without sugar.

It is worth noting that the calorie content of this casserole is 180 kcal per 100 grams of product (but this is provided that 2% cottage cheese is used). A very suitable dessert for those who follow their figure.
