Fried potatoes are one of the most affordable and loved by many dishes, which have a pleasant taste and great energy value. Fried potatoes without oil
You will need:
- 500 g of potatoes;
- onions - 2 pcs.;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- water;
- salt, pepper (to taste);
- frying pan.
Wash the potatoes, remove the skins and eyes, then rinse again. Cut each potato in half and then into strips. Peel the onions, cut into small cubes. Peel and wash the carrots and grate them on a medium-sized grater.
Put the chopped potatoes in a pan, pour in a little water (about 3 tablespoons), salt and pepper to taste, fry over low heat for about 5-7 minutes. Stir the potatoes from time to time. Add chopped onions and grated carrots, then mix thoroughly and cook for about 5 more minutes until golden brown. Then turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid and let the potatoes sit for 5-7 minutes.
Place the fried potatoes on plates and serve with meat, fish or sausage.
Country style potatoes
You will need:
- 500 g of potatoes;
- 2 eggs;
- greens (parsley, dill, onion feathers, etc.);
- bacon slices - 4 pcs.;
- salt (to taste);
- frying pan.
Peel and wash the potatoes, cut them in half and then into small wedges. Preheat a frying pan, then put the slices of bacon on it, melt the fat over low heat. The resulting greaves can be removed.
Place the potatoes in a skillet and fry in fat until tender. At the end, you need to break the eggs directly into the potatoes, salt and pepper, then cover the pan with a lid and keep it on low heat for some time. Before serving, sprinkle the potatoes with finely chopped herbs (parsley, dill, etc.). Bon Appetit!
