Fried oil releases carcinogens - substances hazardous to health that disrupt cellular metabolism and provoke various diseases. To avoid such negative consequences, it is best to consume food that is steamed, and if you really want to be fried, cook it without oil.

Step 1
For frying food without oil, use a good quality Teflon-coated pan. This prevents food from sticking to the bottom, and the pan itself will not emit harmful substances when frying without oil. During this time, the dish will cook, but will not have time to burn.

You can also fry some juicy vegetables like zucchini in the same way. Cut them into thin slices or slices, season with salt, roll in flour and place in a well-heated frying pan. Cook for a few minutes on each side, turning frequently. The juice released from the zucchini from the high temperature will prevent them from burning in such a short time.

To brown the meat, cut it into small pieces and place in a preheated skillet. Add a little water as you cook to prevent the meat from burning. And when it becomes soft, just evaporate all the liquid and let the meat roast until golden brown.

You can cook a juicy steak without water. To do this, coat each piece of meat with plenty of mustard, put it in a ceramic or glass dish, cover and put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or better overnight.

Before frying, remove any mustard residue with a clean cloth, but never rinse it off with water. Season the steaks with salt and fry in a teflon-coated hot skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side. It is better to do this under a closed lid. Thanks to this simple marinade, steaks will turn out delicious, very juicy and cook in a short time without oil.

Use mustard to make a salmon steak. But you need to keep the fish in this marinade for a shorter time - just a couple of hours. And during cooking, you can pour it with lemon juice, which will add extra piquancy to the dish.
