1. Honey and lemon juice
Add 2 tbsp. To a glass of warm water. tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of liquid honey (it is better to take dark honey) and 1/3 teaspoon of ground ginger. Drink 30 minutes before breakfast.
