Step 1

Prepare the dough. Separate the whites from the yolks first. Add 1 tablespoon to the yolks. granulated sugar and beat thoroughly with a whisk until the sand is completely dissolved. Whisk the whites with 5 tablespoons. granulated sugar. Combine the whites with the yolks, add flour, slaked soda vinegar, cocoa and mix everything well until smooth.

Grease a baking dish with butter and pour out the dough. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Remove the sponge cake from the oven, let it cool down and remove from the mold.
