Would you like to make a pie and you don't have any eggs on hand? Or are you probably a vegetarian and don't eat eggs? Then this recipe is for you! The ingredients for the preparation are very affordable. Despite its simplicity, the cake is delicious and great for family and guests.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 200 grams of flour
- - 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda
- - 60 grams of milk
- - 60 grams of sugar
- - 80 grams of butter
- For the cream:
- - 0.5 liters of sour cream
- - 1 can of condensed milk
- - vanillin (optional)
- - 1 teaspoon of cocoa (or chicory)
Instructions
Step 1
We take butter and melt over low heat, stirring with a spoon. Gradually add milk and sugar. We are waiting for the butter to completely melt and remove from the heat.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl with butter, sugar and milk: flour and soda. Mix everything well.
Step 3
We begin to knead the dough, adding a little flour if necessary. We monitor the consistency of the dough: it should be elastic, similar to shortbread.
Step 4
We take a baking sheet, grease with vegetable (or butter) oil and put in a hot oven for 5-8 minutes.
Step 5
Let's move on to making pie cream. Put sour cream, vanillin, condensed milk in a bowl. Gently mix everything with a whisk or spoon. The cream is ready.
Step 6
Separate some of the resulting white cream into a glass and mix with cocoa (or chicory) until brown.
Step 7
Roll out the dough, make small sides 1-2 cm (this way the cream will not run out). We take out the baking sheet from the oven. Grease the baking sheet with oil again, if necessary. We spread the dough on a hot baking sheet, pour with white cream.
Step 8
We make a pattern with brown cream - transverse stripes with a spoon, longitudinal stripes - with a fork or a toothpick.
Step 9
We put the pie in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. As soon as the crust is browned, the pie is ready.
